A "What's New at NATEF" session will be held at the NACAT 2008 conference on Wednesday, July 23 at 3pm. the major topics will be NATEF's 25th anniversary, a highlight of the changes to the automobile and truck standards, End-of-Program test information, and website features. Registration is not required for this event.

Evaluation Team Leader Training will be offered during NACAT on Thursday, July 24th, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, Room ACT 148, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Individuals interested must be Master ASE Certified, and affiliated with an ASE certified program. Pre-registration is required and limited to 25 participants. A NATEF "101 Session" will be provided during the ACTE convention on December 5, 2008. Time and room location are to be determined. If you are interested in understanding how the NATEF program certification process works, than this session is for you. For more information, you may contact the NATEF office at (703) 669-6650. Registration is not required for this event.

ETL Training will be held during the ACTE conference on December 4, 2008. The training will be held off- site at Central Piedmont Community College. Training will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.(lunch will be provided at noon). Transportation to and from the training will be provided as well.
