Here you are able to:

In order to submit an application for certification or recertification, the program MUST have first ordered and received a certification or recertification manual, and gone through the self-evaluation process.

Before starting the online application for certification/recertification process, please be sure that the following are available:

1) Completed Self Evaluation Summary Sheet or self-evaluation results.
2) On-site Evaluation Team Member List.
3) Instructor ASE Certification Information for all instructors.
4) Instructor Training information for all instructors.
5) Advisory Committee List.
6) Articulation Agreement. (if applicable)
7) Program Administrator letter. (for collision programs and programs seeking certification in alternative fuels only)
8) Credit card for payment of application fee and team packet costs (VISA or MasterCard only).

In order to submit an online application, payment for the application fee and the team packet fee must be submitted by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only).

For schools that have multiple programs within a single discipline (i.e. general automobile, Ford ASSET, GM ASEP, etc.), multiple forms may be filled out and submitted with one payment for application fee and team packets. Only one fee will be required for programs whose applications are submitted at the same time. Schools with multiple programs in different disciplines (i.e. automobile, collision, truck) must submit separate applications and separate application fees for each program.

Once all necessary materials have been gathered and are readily available, you are ready to begin the online certification process. WARNING: PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE THE FORMS AT ONE SITTING. If you have to discontinue filling out these forms during the process, you will have to begin again when you return.

* In order to use the online certification features, the user must be able to use a credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) to pay charges for ordering manuals, application fee, and team packets charges. For those unable to use a credit card for online purchase, please use the printable order form to order certification materials and submit via mail or fax along with payment, and submit paper copies of application for certification or recertification along with payment.
