HDA Truck Pride is proud to support the ASE Industry Education Alliance. HDATP is a Sales and Marketing organization (formerly referred to as a buying group) focused on the Medium and Heavy Duty marketplace. We provide our members with vendor programs, marketing, training, and sales enhancement programs. With 160 members across the US and Canada, which equates to over 700 Heavy Duty Parts locations and over 450 Heavy Duty Service facilities, we boast the largest footprint in the Commercial Vehicle industry. As our slogan says, “Wherever the road takes you,… We’re there”.

Our members are generally family owned businesses but we also have some members that are part of a larger entity that has strategically decided to cover both the OE presence as well as the independent aftermarket presence in their marketplace.

All of our members have Heavy Duty Parts distribution – that is the one common thread amongst our membership. They all have a need for warehouse, counter, inside and outside sales, marketing, IT, finance and other positions. Many members offer “value added services” like custom made hoses, driveline balancing, DPF cleaning,… and over 40% of our members own repair facilities or mobile service trucks. Our Truck Service Experts Program networks an additional 300 repair facilities into our organization. With all that being said, HDATP could hire 1,000 employees tomorrow within just the parts distribution side of the business and over 3,000 technicians.

You may be wondering what’s so great about working with HDATP members? Family owned businesses have a huge advantage - there’s no red tape. You know the owner, who by the way, most likely grew up in this business and has a passion for the industry and their company in particular. They have a vested interest in the business and their employees. Independent aftermarket means all makes – don’t just learn about one name plate – learn about the entire industry. It takes more than just a VIN to understand the Commercial Vehicle industry.
